Bringing
people together.
Kenzie Wilcox-Ingebrand, PCC, is Executive Director of WGH Group and a Healthcare Integration Strategist focused on bridging gaps in care.
She designs and implements programs that break down healthcare silos, integrating Community Paramedicine and EMS into community-based, correctional, and preventive healthcare initiatives. Grounded in integrity, transparency, and a deep respect for diversity, she believes meaningful change begins with honest conversations, trusted relationships, and ensuring different voices and lived experiences have a place at the table. She also develops wellness, education, and coaching programs for healthcare professionals, supporting the person behind the profession.
At the heart of her work is a simple philosophy: coaching the person, not just the profession. Her approach is grounded in integrity, transparency, and the belief that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and valued for the perspective they bring.
