WGH Group specializes in curriculum development and integration of Community Paramedics and EMTs licensure to support our Providers’ needs. Education on how to collaborate with mobile workforce and how to design and develop comprehensive programming are our specialties.
Direct Patient Care

- Jails/correctional facilities (instead of hiring an additional RN, hire 2 CP’s),
- Blood drives within the state of Minnesota,
- COVID testing/vaccines deployment,
- In-home care (Golden Hearts Senior Care) Skilled Nursing Facilities Unit and Assisted Living,
- Diabetes/hypertension programs
Consultation
Medical direction and program development are our key Consultation Services. WGH Group also works with the healthcare community, including but not limited to: AEMT, RN, LPN, CNA.

Training
WGH Group provides virtual and on-site training for community outreach programs, telehealth, and establishing your own community paramedicine program.

WGH Group provides full-service project management to lead your healthcare team in implementation, monitoring, and reporting to drive outcomes.
Current Projects
Full service, on-demand COVID-19 testing and vaccination clinics in partnership with Minnesota county health departments
Correctional Facility Healthcare – all hours on-demand urgent care, assessments, point of care testing, and referrals
Chronic Care treatment in Skilled Nursing Facilities – point of care testing, EKGs, patient assessments, post-acute procedure check-ins, chronic disease monitoring
Paving the Way, a CP home visiting program for at-risk pregnant mothers
Bringing the Numbers Down, a CP home-visiting program in collaboration with Scott County, to help the Latinx community members at risk for diabetes and hypertension.
